A property-specific flood risk assessment starts there and adds what the map leaves out: the parcel's estimated elevation relative to the Base Flood Elevation, surrounding terrain and drainage, storm surge and tidal exposure, and how that risk is likely to trend. The result is a plain-English read on this property, not just its zone letter.
